I don’t understand the Buyer’s Premium?

Buyer Premium is a fee placed on the buyer based on the final offer price as a percentage determined by seller and listing agent that is then added to the final offer to make Final Contract price.

Are these offer events for distressed and foreclosed properties only?

No, we specialize in residential property sales. The majority of properties you will see on our site are the everyday homes consumers buy all over the country.

Are we NAR Compliant?

When Listing a Property on the Site how long before we can go live?

Once all proper documentation has been received in most cases 24-48 hours.

How do I place an offer on the website?

You must register and submit your proof of funds/ pre approval letter for your buyer then once the registration is complete you will be given an maximum offer capacity then you can make your offer.

If my buyer has the highest offer, do we win automatically?

No, they do not. The Seller has the right to accept, deny or negotiate an offer and any time during the online offer event.

How is EZ Real Estate Platform different from an auction?

Unlike an auction, sellers aren’t locked into the highest bid. They can accept, reject, or negotiate any offer at any time. Buyers make real-time offers with full transparency and flexibility.

Where do our listings come from?

The properties on this site are offered for sale by local real estate agents on behalf of private homeowners, wholesale investors and some Banks or Lending institutions.

What about a home inspection?

Sellers are encouraged to get an inspection done prior to listing on the online offer site . Buyer and or real estate agent can inquire at info@ezrealestateplatform.com . SELLER DID NOT PAY FOR INSPECTION Should seller not have an inspection done prior, once sale is over the highest offer can have their real estate agent submit inspection form with purchase sales agreement. Buyers or their agents can request an inspection at any time.

Viewing the home before online offer event?

On most of our properties we will have an Open House the weekend prior to the end of the selling period. That will be the opportunity to view the home for all buyers. Please contact the Listing Agent identified on the Property page for information about any open homes scheduled for the property you are interested in. Or look over the Open House page.
