EZ Real Estate Platform has carved out a new category of dynamic transparency real estate. The journey began with a simple idea: real estate should be easier, more transparent, and fairer for everyone.
Step 1: Recognizing the Problem
In 2017, Robert Climer, armed with a strong background in business management and inspired by his wife Mona’s success in real estate, stepped into the industry with high hopes. What he found was a landscape riddled with hidden fees, complicated processes, and a glaring lack of transparency Buyers and sellers were stuck in a maze of confusion and frustration, while agents struggled with the same obstacles, making their jobs harder and their clients’ experiences worse. Robert realized this wasn’t just a minor issue—it was a fundamental problem holding the entire industry back. The need for change was obvious, and Robert knew it was time to create a solution that would empower everyone involved in the real estate journey—from consumers to professionals and beyond.
Step 2: Finding the Solution
Robert was determined to make a real difference in the real estate industry. He knew that fixing the issues buyers, sellers, and agents faced wasn’t about a quick patch—it required a complete reimagining of how real estate transactions should work.
So, Robert rolled up his sleeves and got to work. Long before the solution had a name, he tested it through hundreds of transactions, learning from each one and refining the process with every deal.
As the system took shape, Robert brought in Dave Elkins, a seasoned mortgage banking expert, as a co-founder. With Dave on board, the vision crystallized. Together, they decided to name the method “EZ,” a reflection of their shared commitment to making real estate transactions as simple and easy as possible.
The result? A solution that doesn’t just solve the industry’s pain points—it revolutionizes the entire experience, making real estate not just easier but truly empowering for everyone involved.
