How to Make an Offer

  1. Create an account (you can register on behalf of your client).
  2. Find a property you’d like to place an offer on and click the make offer button.
  3. Submit documentation: pre-qualification, proof of funds, and our simple EZ Addendum, which will lay out the terms of any applicable buyer premium and agent splits. Some listing agents will also provide an offer detail sheet to submit additional details without the need to write a full offer.
  4. Once submitted, our team will set your offer capacity (which typically takes about 15 minutes). Your offer capacity on a given listing is the calculated to accommodate your offer price + any applicable buyer premium fees.
  5. Start placing offers!

Helpful Tips:

  • You’ll be notified when someone competes with your offer.
  • The seller may accept, reject, or negotiate an offer at any time, so the listing agent may reach out to you before the offer event ends.
  • The listing agent’s contact information is provided on the listing page if you wish to contact them.
  • If an offer comes in during the final minutes of the offer event, the timer will extend an additional 2 minutes to give other buyers the chance to make a final offer.
  • The highest offer is not necessarily the winner (this is not an auction). Typically, the listing agent will reach out to the top bidders to discuss terms.
  • Any applicable buyer premium fees are added to the final purchase sale agreement price, and can thus be financed.
