It’s been an honor to have sold over 1000 properties in my career, and trained over 450 agents to success.  In that experience, I’ve learned that the strength of any organization is found in its people. With a depth of experience, I’ve discovered it is a joy to help others accomplish their goals.

I enjoy the thrill of negotiations and problem solving, even in complex scenarios. I ask my new team members, “What is the definition of success?” I usually get an array of answers, but here is what I’ve learned from an old coach of mine, “The definition of success is this…Small decisions, made daily, that lead to success.” But then, on the flip side, I tell them this…”The definition of failure is also small decisions, made daily, that lead to failure.” What a huge lesson learned from that former coach of mine that I love to share with my clients.
